Corn And Swiss Cheese Bake **** 8/97

2 cup fresh corn kernals (8 ears)
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 large egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients; Spoon into 4 lightly greased ramekins or one 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings
