Fried Rice 11/08 #903

2 cups rice; cooked
1/4 lb bacon slices; diced
3 large eggs
4 green onions; sliced
soy sauce; to taste
hoisin sauce to taste
leftover pork, ham, etc; cubed
Brown the bacon in a heavy skillet. Rremove bacon and turn down heat. Lightly beat eggs and pour them into the hot bacon drippings. Add rice and onions; mix together. Add bacon and leftover meat. Add soy sauce. Stir well and cook on low heat until heated through. Serve with the hoisin.
