Bacon-Tomato Spinach Salad #590 10/01

torn fresh spinach
cherry Tomatoes; halved
bacon bits
julienned red onion; optional ----Creamy Oregano Dressing----
1 cup hellman's Mayo
1 tablespoon white wine vinagar
2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 tablespoon honey
salt & pepper to taste; to taste
shredded cheddar
croutons

Toss the spinach, tomatoes, bacon and onion. Put in serving dishes, top with cheese and croutons. Spoon dressing over top.

Dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk ingredients until smooth.
