Dressed Chicken Breasts **** 4/97

1 cup ranch style dressing
1/3 cup dijon mustard
1 chicken breasts for 4 people
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup dry white wine
8 oz angel hair pasta; cooked
1 chopped parsley
Tenderize the chicken with a mallet. In a small bowl, whisk together the salad dressing and mustard; set aside. In a large skillet, saute the chicken in butter until browned and no pink remains in the middle; transfer to a dish and keep warm. Pour wine into the skillet; cook over medium high heat, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet, about five minutes. Whisk in the dressing mixture; blend well. Serve chicken over the pasta, spoon some sauce over chicken and pasta. Sprinkle with parsley.
