Margarets Creamy Grits 1/2000

1 cup whipping cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
1/16 teaspoon pepper
1 envelope instant grits (1/3 cup)
1 oz cream cheese; cubed
2 oz cheddar cheese; shredded
1/8 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
Bring first four ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook and stir until cheeses are melted.
