Horseradish Cream #884 6/08

2 tablespoon horseradish
1 drizzle olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
chives, chopped; for garnish

Mix sour cream, horseradish, and olive oil together in a small bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chives.
