BBQ Beef Roast in Slow Cooker #832 5/07

2 lb boneless chuck roast
2 large onions; sliced
3/4 cup pepsi or Coke
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 beef bullion cube
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoon Butter

Combine roast and onions in a crock pot. Combine cola and next 6 ingredients; reserve 1/2 cup in the fridge. Pour the remaining mixture over the roast and onions. Cook covered for 6 hours on high. Drain and shred the roast, adding some of the onion. Trtansfer to a saucepan. Combine the reserved cola mixture and ketchup and butter. Add to the saucepan with about a cup of the cooking liquid (to get desired cinsistancy). Discard the remaing liquid. Reheat and serve over buns which have been put under the broiler inside up until browned. Serve this with some mayo or BBQ sauce or just by itself.
