Braising, New 2006, pork, ribs

1 slab baby back ribs
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 large clove garlic

Rub both side of the ribs with your favorite dry rub. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 250°F. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and nuke for 1 minute. Place the ribs on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, shiny side down; make a packet. Place ribs on a baking sheet. Open one end of the foil and pour the braising liquid into the foil packet. Tilt the baking sheet in order to evenly distribute the braising liquid. Braise the ribs in the oven for 2 1/2 hours. Transfer the braising liquid to a saucepan. Bring the liquid to a boil and reduce by half or until of a thick syrup consstency. Brush the glaze onto the ribs. Place under the broiler just until the glaze caramelizes lightly. Serve with rest of the glaze. You can use another glaze recipe if preferred.
