Cheeseburger Calzone #819 12/06

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup dried potato flakes
1/3 cup catsup
2 tablespoon pickle relish
1 tablespoon mustard
1 large egg
sliced cheddar
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
2 rolled up pie crusts; room temp.
milk
__Potato Flake Topping__
3 tablespoon potato flakes
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Bring pie crust to room temperature and cut each one in half. For the filling, combine all ingredients except for the onions and cheese. Divide filling into four burgers and place on the pie crusts coming to about 1/2 inch from the edges on one side only. Top with onions and cheese. Fold other pie crust side over burgers and pinch and moisten to seal. Brush top with milk and sprinkle potato topping over calzone. Bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes. 8/07 substituted sliced cheddar for the shredded cheddar. You can get more cheese on this way.
