8 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup olive oil
10 sprigs fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
40 large cloves garlic; peeled
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Toss with 2 TB olive oil and brown in a large fry pan (Big Red) over high heat. Remove from heat, add oil, thyme, rosemary, and garlic cloves. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove chicken from oven and let rest 5 to 10 minutes befor serving. Take a little of the olive oil and some garlic and lightly spread on some rolls or bread, then broil till brown.
