Sweet Potatoes and Pears #757 8/05

1 28 oz can cut sweet potatoes; drained
3 medium pears; peeled, quartered & cored
1/3 cup pecans; chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoon Butter; melted
In an 8" square baking dish, combine sweet potatoes and pears. In a small bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar, flour, and the melted butter to make a paste. Crumble mixture over potatoes and pears. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
