Apple Baked Bean Casserole #842 7/07

1 cup onion; diced
1 cup granny Smith apple; diced
2 15oz can bush's Baked beans; original
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
5 strips bacon; diced & cooked

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cook the bacon until done but not crisp. Set aside on a paper towel. Save the fat for another use. Mix all ingredients together and bake covered for 1 hour.
