Cheesy Spam Puff **** 5/96

6 slice white bread; torn into small
1 pieces
1 1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1 tablespoon spicy mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
12 oz can of spam; cubed
8 oz cheddar cheese; shredded
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 oz jack cheese; shredded

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine bread, garlic powder, milk, eggs, mustard, and paprika. Beat with electric mixer about 1 minute or until smooth. Stir in SPAM, 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese and onion. Pour into a greased 9X12 inch baking dish. Bake 25 minutes. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and Jack cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. This would also be good with some fried sausage links; sliced up; and chopped green peppers.
