Corned Beef Pate **** 11/96

2 teaspoon minced onion
12 oz can corned beef
8 oz braunschweiger
1/2 cup miracle whip
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Flake corned beef with a fork, add braunschweiger, Miracle Whip, vinegar, dry mustard and onion. Blend at medium speed in a food processor, 1/2 cup at a time. Turn into a 3 1/2 cup mold and chill. Turn out on a plate; decorate with parsley and serve with crackers or party rye. This can be mixed by hand.
Yield: 3 cups
