Cinnamon Pecans **** 12/95

2 cup pecan halves
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 egg white

Preheat oven to 300. Coat pecan thoroughly with egg white until sticky. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and add to peanuts. Mix well until all pecans are coated. Bake for 20 minutes on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam.

Yield: 10 servings
