Grape Salad #821 2/07

2 lb seedless grapes; 1 lb each color
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz sour cream; softened
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
2 oz pecans; chopped, or more
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Wash and dry grapes. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Add grapes and mix until incorporated. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix again and refrigerate until serving.
