Easy Brunch Bake #814 11/06

1 tablespoon Butter; melted
1 cup shredded cheddar; 4 oz
1 cup cooked ham; cubed
6 large eggs
2 1/2 oz evaporated milk
2 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Drizzle butter into an 8 x 8 Corningware dish. Sprinkle with cheese and ham. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; beat well. Pour over ham and cheese. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
