Pork 'n Bean Salad 5/95 ****1/2

1 lb can pork & beans
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 dash salt
1 small onion; chopped
3 small dill pickles; chopped
2 eggs; hard cooked, chopped
Drain beans. Add mayo, salt, onion, pickles, and eggs. Mix well and chill for an hour or longer if desired. Great for a picnic or cookout. It is better when it is two days old.
Yield: 4 servings
