Nutty Chicken Pita's **** 5/96

8 oz cream cheese; softened
3 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup chicken; cooked, cubed
1/2 cup green pepper; chopped
2 tablespoon green onions; chopped
1 teaspoon poupon mustard
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
4 pita pocket halves
1 alfalfa radish sprouts
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, milk, and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in the chicken, green pepper, onions, mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in the walnuts. Spoon equal amounts into the Pita halves. Top with alfalfa sprouts.
