8 oz monterey jack: shredded
8 oz mild cheddar; shredded
4 oz cream cheese softened
8 oz chi chi's salsa; mild or hot
1/4 cup onion; chopped
1/4 cup green pepper; chopped
1/2 lb hamburger
8 large flour tortilla shells
1/2 pkg taco seasoning; mild
1/2 tablespoon cilantro (optional)
1 chopped tomato, lettuce and
1 more cheese for toppings
Brown hamburger with onions, green peppers. Drain hamburger and add taco seasoning and prepare ac- cording to packet instructions. Combine 3 cheeses with 1/2 jar of salsa. Add cilantro and hamburger to cheeses. Spoon mixture onto shells (about 1/2 cup) and roll up. Place in a 9" X 15" baking dish. Top with other half jar of salsa. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees till heated through.Optionally, you may cover with more cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
