Creamy Mustard Sauce **** 7/92

1 1/2 cup chicken broth
3 oz cream cheese; softened
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 each garlic clove; minced
3 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoon honey
Cream the cheese with the mustard until smooth. Gradually add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly. Pour mixture into a saucepan & cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and is hot, stirring occasionally. This is good served over chicken or ham; etc.
