Sizzlin' Apple Melt ***

2 each english muffins
1 single butter; softened
1 single strawberry preserves
4 each canadian bacon slices
1 single thin apple slices
1/4 lb velveeta; sliced
Split and toast muffins. Spread each half with butter and preserves; top with bacon and apples. Broil three minutes or until apples are tender. Top with Velveeta slices; continue broiling until cheese is melted. We made this 7/06 using just 1/2 of a muffin and adding a fried egg to it. Toasted the other half of the muffin and served with the meal
