Cheese On The Cob 6/06 #801

4 ears corn; husks & silk removed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
shredded parmesan
chili powder
Salt and pepper
Slather a layer of mayonnaise on the corn. Sprinkle with cheese, chili powder, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Wrap each ear with non stick foil and bake in a 350°F oven for 40 minutes.
