Roasted Corn with Chili Lime Butter #796 5/06

6 ears fresh corn; unhusked
1 stick Butter; room temp.
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 lime; zested
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the corn in its husk directly on the oven rack and roast for 40 minutes. While the corn is roasting, combine the butter with the chili powder and lime zest. Peel down the husks to use as a handle while eating. Rub the corn with the soft butter mixture and enjoy.
