Wendy's Chili #798 5/06

1 lb ground beef
1 14 oz can tomato sauce
1 14 oz can kidney beans; with liquid
1 14 oz can pinto beans; with liquid
1/2 cup diced onion
1 4 oz can green chilies
1/4 cup celery; diced
2 medium tomatoes; chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder; home made #797
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup water

Brown the ground beef in a dutch oven; drain. Combine all remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring every 15 minutes, for about an hour.
