Cocktail Meatballs *****

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs; dry
1/3 cup onion; minced
1/4 cup milk
1 each egg
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
----SAUCE ----
10 oz bottle of grape jelly
12 oz bottle of chile sauce
Combine everything except chile sauce and jelly. Shape mixture into one inch meatballs. Brown meatballs in 1/4 cup lard or oil. Remove from skillet and pour off fat. Heat the jelly and chile sauce in a large saucepan, stirring, until jelly is melted. Stir in the meatballs and simmer for thirty minutes. Serve hot. Rating - ****
