Impossible Breakfast Pie #776 1/06

1 lb pork sausage
1/4 cup onion (medium); chopped
2 1/2 cups frozen loose pack hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 3/ cip milk
4 large eggs
1 cup bisquick
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheddar

Heat oven to 400°F . Grease a 10 inch Quiche pie plate. (use Pam) Cook sausage and onion, until sausage is fully cooked; drain. Mix sausage, potatoes, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese, put into pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients except the 1/4 cup of cheddar with a fork or beater until smooth. Bake about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese and bake about 2 minutes longer to melt the cheese.. Cool 5 minutes.
