Chocolate Gravy #577 7/01

1/2 stick butter; melted
2 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoon flour
3/8 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix butter, cocoa, and flour in a saucepan. Then add sugar, milk, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until thick. Put a couple of tablespoons on a plate; top with a pat of butter and let it melt a little. Dip into this with hot buttered biscuits.
