Spinach Dip #768 11/05

1 cup hellmans Mayonnaise
16 oz sour cream
1 package knorr Vegetable recipe mix
1 10 oz Pck frozen chopped spinach; thawed & squeezed dry
2 ts onion; minced
1 8 oz can water chestnuts; optional

Mix all ingrerdients and chill for 2 hours. Serve this in a scooped out loaf of round pumpernickel or sourdough bread. Use the scooped out chunks of bread to dip in the spinach mixture.
