Crunchy Cheese Crisps #758 9/05

1/2 cup potato chips, thin ones; finely crushed
1/2 cup cheddar cheese; finely shredded
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoon Butter; softened
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 pinch cayenne pepper
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 13 crisps
