Chili-Rubbed Steaks 7/4/00 #519

1/4 cup red chili powder Rec. Number 520
1/4 cup paprika
2 tablespoon course salt
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
4 rib-eye steaks
Mix first four ingredients together, put into a paper plate. Coat steaks with the spice mixture and transfer to another dish. Cover; chill at least 8 hours. Preheat grill to high, then coat the grill racks with oil. Grill to desired doneness.
