Oven Fried Picnic Chicken #749 7/05

1/3 cup buttermilk
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup corn flakes; crushed
1/2 cup bisquick
1 1 oz pck ranch dressing mix (dry)

Heat oven to 400°F . Line cookie sheet with non stick foil. Pour buttermilk into a shallow glass bowl. Add chicken; turn to coat. Let stand 5 minutes. Place cerial in a large resealable plastic bag; crush with a rolling pin. Add bisquick and dressing mix to cerial. Remove chicken from buttermilk; discard buttermilk. Add chicken to cerial mix. Seal bag and shake to coat chicken. Place on cookie sheet. Spray chicken with Pam. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
