Pork Chop Spices ****1/2 4/98

6 teaspoon ground cumin
4 teaspoon ground coriander
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 salt

Mix all together except salt. Sprinkle salt on pork chops. Rub a liberal amount of mixture on both sides of each pork chop and grill to taste.

Yield: 4 ounces
