Green Chili Rice 3/01 #564

1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup; undiluted
8 oz sour cream
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
4 oz shredded cheddar
1 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
In a bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, chilies, and cheese. Stir in the rice. Transfer to a greased, shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until rice is tender.
