Potato Pizza #740 6/05

1 large potato; peeled and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon water
1/2 lb ground beef
1/3 cup condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup shredded cheddar
Place the potato slices in a small dish, add water. Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes or until tender; drain. Layer potato slices evenly in a 9" cake pan that has been Pammed. In a skillet, cook beef until no longer pink, drain. Stir in soup and milk. Spoon over potatoes. Top with pizza sauce and the cheeses. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
