Velveeta Fudge **** 11/96

1/4 lb velveeta cheese
1 pkg confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 lb butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts; (optional)

Melt together in a double boiler; cheese, butter and cocoa. When completely melted, add the vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and nuts. Pour Velveeta mixture into the sugar and mix. This sets very quickly so be prepared to spread on a plate or pan immediately. This really mixes better if you use your hands, but coat them with butter or oil before mixing. No one will ever guess there is Velveeta in here.
