Deep Fried Cheese Sticks From Edna *****

4 each provolone cheese; 5/8 slices
----SAUCE ----
1 cup sour cream
15 dash tabasco sauce
2 teaspoon poupon mustard
3 oz horseradish; drained
Slice each cheese slice into 5 sticks. Dip sticks into flour, then in an egg beaten lightly with one tsp. water, then in plain dry bread crumbs with 2 Tbsp. parsley added. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour or up to 1 month. Deep fry at 375 for about 35 seconds. Do not over cook. You can add about 1 to 1 1/2 T. honey to this and it makes a good dipping sauce for chicken fingers. Rating ****
