1 flour tortilla shell
1 large egg; scrambled
2 tablespoon grated cheddar or swiss cheese
Scramble the egg using a little water or sour cream. Add cheese when almost done. Warm the tortilla shell in the cooker. Top with egg mixture and roll it up.
Yield: 1 serving
