Farmers Pork Chops #705 11/04 Rev 12/04

4 pork chops
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon lawry's seasoned salt
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
scalloped potatoes for 4
Prepare a recipe of Hink's Scalloped Potatoes. Mix flour and Lawry's salt. Dredge pork chops in this mixture and brown in a skillet. Arrange pork chops on top of potatoes. Scrape pan of bits and pour over top. Put in oven covered for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 45 minutes to an hour or until potatoes are done. Use Big Red for this.
