Spinach & Cheese Casserole 4/93 ****

10 oz frozen chopped spinach
3 tablespoon butter
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 dash hot sauce; or a little more
1/2 cup pepperidege farm herb
dressing
Cook spinach and drain in a collander. In same pot used for spinach, melt butter and cream cheese. Add seasonings and mix. Add drained spinach and mix. Pour into a casserole and top with the herb dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes or until hot. May be made ahead and reheated.
