Cranberry Meatballs **** 9/93

----MEATBALLS----
2 each eggs; beaten
1 cup cornflake crumbs
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 tablespoon dehydrated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 lb pork; ground
----SAUCE----
16 oz jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a mixing bowl, combine meatball ingredients. Shape into 72 balls, about 1 inch each. Place in 1 or 2 10 X 15 inch baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven and drain on paper towels. In a large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Cook stirring often until cranberry sauce is melted. Add the meatballs and heat through.
