No-Peek Stew ****

2 lb cubed stew meat
4 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can green or yellow beans
1 each onion, chopped
4 each carrots, sliced
4 each potatoes, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup red wine
2 each bay leafs, crumbled
Grease inside of dutch oven with butter; inside of cover also. Lay the meat on the bottom. Sprinkle with the flour, salt, and pepper. Add the beans, juice and all. Add a layer of onions and the crumbled bay leafs. Add a layer of carrots and a layer of potatoes. Pour the soup and wine over top. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours. NO PEEKING!! This also works in a crock pot, but cook for at least 8 hours on low. The amount of onions, carrots, and potatoes may vary a little.
