Baked Reuben Spread ****

1 can corned beef; chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon accent
1 can sauerkraut; large
2 tablespoon onion; grated
8 oz cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoon hot horseradish
3/4 cup dill pickles; chopped
8 oz swiss cheese; grated
1 single pumpernickel or party rye
Chop sauerkraut fine and drain until dry. Mix with softened cream cheese. Add everything except the pickles and one half of the cheese. Mix well. Spread mix in a pie plate, sprinkle with the chopped pickles and the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 until hot. Serve with pumpernickel or party rye.
