Cheese And Pepper Potatoes 4/93 ***1/2

2 lb frozen hash browns
16 oz sour cream
8 oz colby cheese; shredded
4 oz jack cheese; shredded
1/2 cup onion; chopped
1/2 cup green pepper; chopped
2 oz jar sliced pimientos
1 tablespoon wyler's chicken bouillon
Partially thaw potatoes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup colby cheese; mix well. Turn into a buttered 13 X 9 baking dish. Bake 55 to 60 minutes until potatoes are tender. Top with remaing cheese and continue baking until the cheese melts. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. You could make this in two smaller dishes and freeze one for later.
