3 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup milk
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
1 dash worcestershire sauce
1 dash louisiana hot sauce
1 dash chicken bouquet
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and stir constantly for a minute or two. Gradually add milk and broth, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and bubbly. Add remaining ingredients and serve over chicken fried steaks or hamburgers.
