Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies #686 3/04

4 large egg whites
2 cups peanut butter
1 2/3 cup Sugar

In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, combine peanut butter and sugar; fold in egg whites.Drop by heaping teaspoonsful 2 inches apart onto a Pammed baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes or until set. Remove to wire racks to cool.
