2 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 cup onions; sliced
2 medium veal cutlets; cubed
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
snipped fresh dill; optional
2 cups noodles

Heat butter in a small dutch oven; add onions and cubed veal. Cook stirring occasionally until veal is no longer pink, about 15 minutes. Add wine and paprika. Cook covered for 45 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Cook noodles. Serve veal mix over noodles. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.

Yield: 2 servings
