Pineapple - Coconut Dressing #680 2/04

8 oz can crushed pineapple; drained
1 large celery rib; chopped
3 cups bread; 1/2 inch cubes
6 tablespoon Butter; melted
Drain pineapple, drink the juice. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, bread cubes, celery, and coconut. Add the melted butter and mix. Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes. Keep it covered for the first 30 minutes.
