1/2 lb kielbasa or bratwurst
1/3 cup red wine
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon brandy
1/2 cup pimientos, chopped
Slice the sausage in 1/2" pieces and cut them in half again like half moons. Arrange the sausage in a large skillet so they all fit in one layer. Pour in the wine and water and simmer uncovered about 15 minutes until the liquid has turned syrupy. Mix remaining ingredients, add, and stir until the pieces are well coated. Serve warm with toothpicks.
