Diane's Pizza Things ****

1 lb ground chuck
2 can tomato sauce
1/2 onion; chopped fine
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 green pepper; chopped
2 cup shredded cheddar
2 cup shredded mozarrella
1 salt & pepper to taste
1 loaf of small pumpernickel
Saute ground chuck with onion, and pepper. Mix all other ingredients except bread in a bowl. Drain and cool the meat mixture and add to the mixture in the bowl. Spread thickly on the bread and heat in the oven until hot and bubbly. This freezes very well.
Yield: 20 servings
